Imprint under § 5 DDG
These details are to be entered by the operator before publication and must not be invented. An imprint under § 5 of the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz needs the operator's full name and an address at which legal documents can be served, an email address, and for legal entities the legal form and the authorised representatives, the register court and the register number, plus the VAT identification number under § 27 a UStG where one exists. For journalistic and editorial offerings a responsible person under § 18 (2) MStV is added.
While these fields are empty the website is not ready to carry an imprint. It was delivered in that state so that the operator enters their own details rather than having to correct placeholders.
Consumer dispute resolution
This website is not a gambling operator and enters into no contracts with readers. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
