Crypto casino comparison: nine operators by licence, coins, KYC and limits

In short

A usable crypto casino comparison sets licence, coins, withdrawal cap, KYC threshold and blocked countries side by side, because that is where operators actually differ. The table below compares nine operators on those points, each with the clause from its own terms; bonus and minimum deposit are left out on purpose. None of the nine names a German permit.

Crypto casinos compared

What is compared is what each operator publishes about itself: the licence and the register entry, the list of countries it turns away, the rule on verification, and the cryptocurrencies on its payments page. That gives our rating, and the list is ordered by it. None of the operators listed holds a German permit.

Most comparison sites sort by the size of the welcome bonus. This one sorts by what stands in the operators' terms and in the licence registers, and leaves a cell empty where nothing stands. That makes the table less smooth and its statements more reliable: a figure in the table has a clause where it can be read.

The terms were read in August and September 2026, and some country lists were updated on 21 October 2026. Nothing was played. Anyone orienting themselves before signing up gets a reading aid here, not a field report.

Everything basic about crypto casinos in Germany — coins, games, withdrawal rules — is gathered on the home page.

The table: nine crypto casinos on seven criteria

The order follows the desk's rating; how it comes about is set out on the page on the rating method. Vave is an advertising partner, is rated by the same method and stands last with its score. "Not recorded" means the terms contain no readable statement on the point, not that the feature is missing.

Crypto casino comparison from the operators' own terms, data as of August to October 2026. Withdrawal caps and thresholds are the operators' statements, not promises.

How do you read a crypto casino comparison without being dazzled?

The first look goes to the licence column, but not to the word in it. Curaçao and Anjouan sound like supervision, yet they are two different registers of different weight, and for Germany neither counts: the German permit is a separate matter, which the page on whether crypto casinos are legal explains. What carries weight in the licence column is the number, because only the number can be looked up in the register.

The second look goes to the empty cells. Four of the nine operators have no coin list that can be read from the terms, five have no withdrawal cap. That is itself information: an operator that does not write what it pays out per week leaves the question open, and the answer then lies in the support chat or nowhere. A filled cell is therefore no verdict on quality, but an empty one is a reason to ask before depositing.

The third look goes to the country count. In the table it runs from 1 to 217. A short list sounds like an open house, a long one like a cautious one, but both say little as long as it is not certain the list is complete. The figure becomes useful only in context: if Germany is on the list, the offering is by its own terms not meant for you. For none of the nine is that the case; for Cloudbet it now is, which is why it is missing here.

Why can a licence number appear more than once?

PlayAmo carries the number ALSI-202508056-FI2. Bitkingz, Slotum and Winz.io, which are not in this table, name the same number. Behind four brand names, then, sits one operator, and that has two consequences for a comparison: the brands are not independent of one another, and a complaint to one brand lands with the same counterparty as to the other three.

The same holds for 7Bit Casino and Mirax with the Curaçao number OGL/2024/1307/0748. Anyone comparing operators should therefore lay the numbers from the footers side by side before counting several brands as alternatives. How that works is described step by step in the guide to reputable crypto casinos.

How many coins does a crypto casino really need?

Where a list exists it ranges from 6 to 15 coins. Rakebit lists 15, Wild.io 12, Wild Fortune 10, PlayAmo 7 and Vave 6. The number is rarely what decides; what matters is whether your coin is there and on which network it arrives. An operator with twelve coins, none of them yours, is worth less than one with six, one of which fits.

More important than the quantity is the kind. All five operators with a coin list carry at least one stablecoin such as USDT; at Rakebit and Wild.io USDC is added, and at Rakebit DAI as well. A stablecoin takes out the price risk between deposit and withdrawal, but not the network fee, which the sender bears and which weighs noticeably on small amounts.

KYC threshold and withdrawal cap: the two figures hardly anyone states

Only two of the nine operators name a threshold from which further checks are possible: Bitcasino.io €2,500 in clause 6.6, Empire.io USDT 2,000 in clause 5.4. Both reserve the right to check below it as well. With all the others the reservation stands alone, with Wild Fortune even as an obligation: whoever pays in with Bitcoin must, under clause 18.1, show ID before play.

Four name a withdrawal cap: Wild.io, Bitcasino.io, Wild Fortune and PlayAmo. The figures are not comparable with one another because the periods differ (week, month) and so do the currencies. Converted to a month the gap is large, but that too is a calculation with exchange rates, not with promises. Anyone who regularly moves larger sums should open the clause and read the wording rather than trust the table.

These two columns are the part of the comparison that is hardest to dress up. How verification works in everyday terms, and when documents arrive, is on the page about casinos without verification.

Why bonus and minimum deposit are not in the table

Neither is held in this site's operator data, and a figure we cannot support does not go into a column. There is more: welcome offers change by country, period and deposit method; the operator's own page names the version valid on the day you register, and a comparison from October can be out of date by November.

Anyone comparing bonuses works with three quantities: wagering requirement, withdrawal cap and time limit. A large amount with a high wagering requirement and a low cap is often worth less, by the arithmetic, than a small one with clear rules. The method is on the page about the no-deposit bonus. The minimum deposit is in the payment terms or on the cashier page, and per coin, because it is not the same everywhere.

How to check this yourself

  1. 01

    Look the licence number up

Curaçao numbers of the form OGL/YEAR/NNN/NNNN can be queried at cert.cga.cw, Anjouan numbers in the register at anjouangaming.com. If the domain in the entry does not match the site you are on, the statement is worth nothing.

  2. 02

Search for the same number at other brands

Open the footers of the brands you are comparing and lay the licence numbers side by side. The same number means the same operator.

  3. 03

Check coin and network against the cashier

On the cashier page, check whether your coin is accepted on the network you want, and what minimum deposit is shown there.

  4. 04

Read the verification and withdrawal clauses

Search the terms for "verification", "KYC" and "withdrawal". Note whether an amount, a period and a time limit are given, and what the amount refers to.

Frequently asked questions

+Which crypto casino is best in the comparison?

That depends on the criterion. By the desk's rating BitStarz leads with 9.5, ahead of Stake at 9.3 and Wild.io at 9.2. Anyone who wants a stated KYC threshold finds one only at Bitcasino.io and Empire.io; a published withdrawal cap is named by Wild.io, Bitcasino.io, Wild Fortune and PlayAmo.

+On what criteria should crypto casinos be compared?

Licence number with a register check, accepted coins, withdrawal cap, timing and threshold of verification, country list, and the three bonus figures wagering, cap and time limit. This page's table covers the first five; bonus and minimum deposit belong on the operator's page, because they change.

+Is a Bitcoin casino comparison different from one for other coins?

Only in the coin column. Every operator with a list accepts Bitcoin (Wild.io, Rakebit, Wild Fortune, PlayAmo, Vave); for the rest the list is not recorded. Licence, KYC rule and withdrawal cap apply regardless of the coin.

+Do these crypto casinos hold a German licence?

No, none of the nine names a permit under the Interstate Treaty on Gambling. Under German law only operators on the GGL whitelist are legal, last updated on 2 October 2026.

+Why are some cells in the table "not recorded"?

Because the terms contain no readable statement on the point. Five of nine operators lack a withdrawal cap, four a coin list. The cell stays empty rather than being filled with an estimate.
